OUR CODE OF ETHICS

We, as HG ACADEMY FOR CONSULTANCY, EDUCATION TRANSLATION, TOURISM AND HEALTH SERVICES GENERAL TRADING LTD. CO., in recognition of the importance of our services in affecting the quality of life throughout the world, and in accepting a personal obligation to our profession, its members and the communities we serve, do hereby commit ourselves to the highest ethical and professional conduct and agree to:

  • Carry out our activities in a professional, ethical and responsible manner;

  • Comply and demand compliance with the Code of Ethics of HG and, to that end, make the Code known and establish appropriate mechanisms to guarantee application;

  • Maintain ethical and licit relationships with our partners and clients;
  •  
  • Maintain as confidential the background, data and documents to which they have access by virtue of their functions in HG, even when they no longer carry out such functions;
  •  
  • Accept responsibility in making decisions consistent with the safety, health, and welfare of the public, and to disclose promptly factors that might affect the public or the environment;

  • Aspire to excellence in the services we provide in such a way that clients obtain the satisfaction expected there from;

  • Avoid real or perceived conflicts of interest whenever possible, and to disclose them to affected parties when they do exist;

  • Be honest and realistic in stating claims or estimates based on available data;

  • Reject bribery in all its forms;
  •  
  • Improve the understanding of technology; it’s appropriate application, and potential consequences;

  • Maintain and improve our technical competence and to undertake technological tasks for others only if qualified by training or experience, or after full disclosure of pertinent limitations;

  • Seek, accept, and offer honest criticism of our work, to acknowledge and correct errors, and to credit properly the contributions of others;

  • Treat fairly all persons and to not engage in acts of discrimination based on race, religion, gender, disability, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression;

  • Treat employees with dignity, respect and justice, taking into consideration their different cultural sensitivities;

  • Not permit any form of violence, harassment or abuse at the workplace;

  • Promote the professional development, training and promotion of employees;

  • Assist partners, colleagues and co-workers in their professional development and to support them in following this code of ethics;

  • Collaborate with Public Entities and non-governmental entities and organizations dedicated to improving levels of social development.
